Haggerty to Oversee Global Network of Business Partners

Petaluma, CA – December 10, 2007 – Threshold Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Haggerty as Vice President, Business Development.

During Steve’s 29-year career he has consistently been at the forefront of the evolving communications industry, holding business development and marketing positions (including Senior Vice President level) with some of the world’s leading telecommunications and networking companies including: AT&T, SBC, Nokia, Qwest, and Hanaro Telecommunication (Korea). Most recently Steve has been with Texas Pacific Group and Newbridge Capital working on strateigic planning and acquisition of multi-billion dollar companies. Steve holds a B.A. in Management and an Masters in Business Administration.
